If you are a fan of what we do here at Wedfest then you are sure to be a fan of Britpop. Arguably the best era of music for a long, long time, Britpop gave us the giants of music that are Oasis, Blur, The Verve, The Stone Roses and many more. At Wedfest these are some of our favourite bands and we grew up with this music. In fact you could say the whole Wedfest idea started 21 years ago when we went to see Oasis on the Whats the Story Morning Glory world tour, from there we hit festival after festival and here we are today!

Anyway enough of our flashbacks and on to the matter in hand. Yes many of you also love this era of music and still do and Phillipa and Pete wanted to showcase this love in their wedding stationery, namely their wedding table plan and wedding tables. They wanted us to design them an Britpop inspired wedding table plan featuring their favourite Britpop acts albums as their table names. All the classics are in there; Oasis, The Verve, Kasabian, The Stone Roses, Blur and The Charlatans, we also have the very rock n roll looking union jack flag in the background. The couple held their wedding at Armathwaite Hall Hotel, Bassenthwaite Lake, Keswick.
