For Gary & Angela’s wedding, we created a bespoke collection of Disney inspired EDM wedding stationery, bringing together magical fairytale influences with the bright colours, huge speakers, fireworks and packed dancefloors of an electronic music festival.
From their VIP ticket wedding invitations to an incredible EDM festival wedding table plan, the whole collection was designed to make their wedding feel like the biggest event of the summer.

Disney Inspired EDM Wedding Invitations
Gary & Angela wanted their wedding invitations to immediately set the tone for their celebration.
The front of their invitation was designed as a colourful VIP festival ticket, combining a Disney-inspired magical feel with unmistakable EDM festival artwork.
Bright rainbow colours, fireworks, festival crowds, speakers and equaliser graphics create the feeling of arriving at a huge dance music event, while the central mouse-ear inspired speaker design gives the stationery its playful fairytale twist.
Rather than a traditional wedding invitation, guests received something that looked much more like a ticket to an exclusive festival.
And that was exactly the idea.

A Colourful Reverse with All the Wedding Details
The reverse of the invitation continues the same theme but uses a much softer pastel colour palette.
It includes all of Gary & Angela’s important wedding information, including their ceremony and reception details, timings and RSVP information.
A QR code allows guests to quickly access their wedding website and respond online.
This combination works particularly well for EDM themed wedding invitations because the front can be bold, colourful and graphic-heavy while the reverse remains clear and easy for guests to read.

Disney Meets Dance Music
One of our favourite things about this stationery is the way two completely different influences come together.
There are hints of magical castles, mouse-ear shapes and colourful fairytale styling mixed with the visual language of a huge EDM festival — speakers, sound waves, fireworks, lasers, crowds and vibrant neon colours.
The result is a style of Disney themed wedding stationery that feels much more grown-up and festival-inspired.
For couples who love theme parks and fairytale magic but also spend their weekends at gigs, festivals, clubs and dance events, it is a brilliant combination.
An EDM Festival Wedding Table Plan
The theme continued with Gary & Angela’s large festival wedding table plan.
Rather than using traditional table numbers, the seating plan was styled like an EDM festival line-up poster.
The couple’s names sit across the top of the design, surrounded by the same colourful festival artwork used throughout their stationery.

Guests are then divided into tables named after some huge names from electronic music, including:
Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Charlotte de Witte, Armin van Buuren, Nicky Romero, CamelPhat, Carl Cox, Gareth Emery, Avicii, Dash Berlin, Cosmic Gate and Giuseppe Ottaviani.
It transforms something practical into another major piece of wedding décor.
Displayed on an easel at the entrance to the reception, the table plan looks like a genuine festival line-up poster announcing the acts for the day.
Except this time, the line-up is the wedding guests.
