• Save the Dates – Guests first received vibrant festival-inspired save the dates that looked like mini gig flyers. These instantly set the tone for what was to come: a bold, colourful, fun-filled day.

• Festival Wedding Invitations – The main invites were designed as admission tickets, complete with headliner names (Katie & Iain, of course!), the event date, and venue details. Featuring bright colours, bold fonts, and festival-style graphics, they created real excitement ahead of the day.

• Festival Wristbands – On arrival, each guest received a custom Wedfest Wristband, just like you’d get at a music festival. These not only made amazing keepsakes but also added to the immersive festival vibe.

• VIP Lanyard Passes – Guests were also given WEDFEST VIP-style lanyards, which doubled as the wedding programme. The reverse of the pass included the full festival line-up for the day, listing everything from the ceremony to live bands, food trucks, glitter bar, DJ sets, and the epic fireworks finale.

• Drinks Vouchers – To add even more fun, the lanyards also included bar vouchers so guests could enjoy a drink on the couple. Printed in bold colours with playful slogans, they perfectly matched the rest of the stationery.

Festival Wedding at Wootton Park

Wootton Park provided the perfect backdrop for Katie & Iain’s festival-themed wedding. With its open spaces and relaxed atmosphere, it was transformed into a wedding festival ground complete with street food stalls, live music, and colourful festival flags.

The couple said their vows under a wooden pavilion, decorated with bunting and bright flowers, before celebrating with their guests in true festival style. The atmosphere was electric all day – from glitter make-up stations to DJ sets that kept the party going late into the night. And to top it all off, the evening ended with a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the sky.
