Last year we started to offer passport style wedding invitations and it seems our customer based loved them as we have had a ton of requests for these passport wedding invites over the past year. Based on real life travel passports we have taken the basic layout and made these awesome personalised wedding passports for many couples all around the world.

What is great about these wedding passport invitations is that they are very adaptable to destination weddings, travel themed weddings and countries. For example if you are getting married abroad in some sun kissed destination such as Mexico, The Caribbean, Ibiza or similar then these invites are perfect for sending to your guests. Like wise if you are a couple that is getting married in a certain country or you are from two different countries then we can  also adjust the invites to reflect this. So if you wanted a United States of America passport wedding invite or two countries mixed together like the Ireland and Canada passport combination like the example below then we can do that too.

Basically whether you want your passport wedding invitations to reflect where you are getting married or where you both come from, or even a mix of all of that we can design the invites to suit your needs.

Ireland and Canada Passport Wedding Invitations

This first set of photos shows Fionnuala & Patricks passport invites. Fionnuala is Irish and Patrick is Canadian so they wanted to combine their nationalities and have an Irish-Canadian Passport Wedding Invitation. We used the burgundy colour for the passport which is the colour used on the Irish Passport. We then created the couple a personalised crest for the front of the passport which was a mix of an Irish Harp and the Canadian Maple leaf and put them in a gold colour.

The inside of the invites was laid out on one side like a passport photo page with all the details of the couple and the wedding, plus a photo of them both. The next page was used as the traditional wedding invitation page.

For the RSVP cards we created these super cool boarding pass RSVP postcards which let the wedding guests tell the couple of they were attending the wedding and also select their wedding day meal choice.

As you can see by the photos this is a really great wedding stationery set and perfect for any couple looking for a travel or destination theme.

For Eric and Hilary’s passport wedding invitations we followed the same theme. This couple was from the USA so we had the United States of America Passport to Love theme. The wedding was a destination wedding taking place in Nassau, Bahamas. For the crest on on the front of the passport the couple wanted their initials with a mermaid theme.

Once again we made the RSVP cards in the style of boarding cards tying the whole destination wedding theme together.

For Lisa & David’s destination wedding in Alicante, Spain they also went for the passport theme for their wedding stationery set.

This couple had a peach-orange colour scheme to their wedding so we designed all of the wedding stationery to reflect this.

As well as passport wedding invitations and boarding pass rsvp cards we also made this couple Inflight Menu’s of their complete wedding menu so that their wedding guests could select their meals for the whole wedding weekend.

Susan and Simon are another couple who were getting married in The Bahamas, this time on Harbour Island, Bahamas.

For this couple we used a blue and green colour scheme and for their wedding passport crest we had the image of an anchor with the initials of their first names on either side.
